Recently, I have been really struggling with my sleep.

As in I quite literally haven’t slept.

I have gone 29 years without even having to think about sleep, yet over the last year, I have noticed that all the good habits I used to keep have slipped and I am suddenly laying in a panic that I won’t ever drift off.
